Who: Next Level Wrestling Camp is for any novice or advanced wrestlers aged 10-18.

What: The focus of the camp will be on technique and mindset, getting athletes physically and mentally prepared for wrestling season.

When: Camp will run from July 6th through July 9th in the Newark Memorial High School Wrestling Room from 9am to 1pm.

Optional Day: On July 10th, we will have an optional obstacle course training on the Irvington High School football field with Mission Peak Spartans from 11am to 12:30pm

(Parents and siblings are invited to participate at no cost on this optional day as well).

What to Bring: T-shirt, athletic shorts, wrestling shoes, running shoes, water, and a great attitude.
